Milwaukee erased an early four-run deficit at Dodger Stadium, ending Los Angeles' season and advancing to the World Series for the first time since 1982.
Shohei Ohtani hit a three-run home run in the second inning as the Dodgers built a 4–0 lead, but the Brewers answered and kept Los Angeles scoreless for the final seven innings.

Go-ahead hit: Garrett Mitchell home run in the sixth
Result: Dodgers eliminated; Brewers advance to World Series
Milwaukee completes the comeback
Jake Bauers drove in three runs during the rally and was named NLCS MVP. Mitchell put Milwaukee ahead with a solo homer in the sixth, and David Hamilton added an insurance homer in the ninth.
The Brewers' bullpen combined for seven scoreless innings after the early Dodgers surge. Milwaukee completed the four-game sweep after losing the same matchup to Los Angeles in last year's NLCS.
